One record, shared by everyone
Our website, our sales team and our office use the same live list of plots. A plot can't be sold twice, and when something is reserved the website shows it straight away.
Facts, not badges
Each plot page lists what we actually hold on record: size, dimensions, title type, access road and utilities. If something is still in process, we say so.
Payments you can trace
Deposits are paid through a licensed payment provider by Mobile Money or card, and every payment gets a receipt. Sign in any time to see your reservations.
We stay after you buy
We keep managing the estate's roads, security and shared services, so the neighbourhood you bought into is the one that gets built.
