How buying works
From your first look to the title in your name: six steps, with a real person to help at each one.
The six steps

Step 1: Discover
Browse every plot we have on Buy land. Each one shows its estate, size, price and status. Save the ones you like, or tick Compare to see up to 4 side by side.

Step 2: Visit
Book a free site visit online, by phone or on WhatsApp. One of our team will meet you at the estate, walk the boundaries with you and answer questions about roads, power and water.

Step 3: Verify
Ask to see the survey and title documents for your plot. You are welcome to carry out a search at the land registry or have your own lawyer check them. We'll give you what they need.

Step 4: Reserve
Press Reserve this plot and pay a deposit of UGX 500,000 by Mobile Money or card. The plot is marked reserved for you straight away, so nobody else can buy it while you finish.

Step 5: Pay
Pay the balance in full, or agree an instalment plan with us. You get a receipt for every payment and can follow your balance from your account.

Step 6: Transfer
Once the plot is paid for, we sign the sale agreement, process the transfer and hand over your documents.
What you'll need
- A valid ID: national ID or passport for every buyer named on the title.
- A phone number: we use it to sign you in and send your receipts.
- The deposit: UGX 500,000 to reserve a plot.
- Company buyers: certificate of incorporation and a board resolution.
Ways to pay
Mobile Money
MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, for deposits and instalments.
Card
Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment provider.
Bank transfer
For balances and larger payments. We'll send you our account details.
Instalments
Spread the balance over an agreed period. Ask us what suits you.
