About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you reserve a plot online with Fortune Real Estates. Your purchase itself is governed by the sale agreement you sign with us.

Plot information and prices

We work hard to keep plot details, prices and availability accurate and up to date. Prices are in Uganda Shillings (UGX). Photos may show the wider estate rather than the exact plot. Please visit and check the documents before you buy.

Member prices

Member prices apply only to registered Fortune 500 Klub members signed in with the phone number on their membership.

Reservations

• A reservation deposit of UGX 500,000 holds a plot for you while you complete the purchase.
• An unpaid reservation is released automatically after 30 minutes.
• The deposit counts towards the price of the plot. Refunds, if any, are set out in your sale agreement.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. We confirm every payment before a plot is marked reserved and send you a receipt.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information or try to access other people's accounts. We may change these terms; the version on this page applies at the time you reserve.
