F500K Real Estates, trading as Fortune Real Estates, offers a full range of property services: land trading, real estate development and property management. Our aim is to become East Africa's most trusted real estate company, serving a housing market that is growing fast.

Our flagship project, FortuneVille, is a network of organised urban neighbourhoods planned across Uganda's major cities and municipalities. Every estate is surveyed and laid out before sale, with roads opened and services planned, so buyers get a real community rather than an empty field.

Fortune Real Estates is registered in Uganda as a company limited by shares.

70% Fortune 500 Klub

The Fortune 500 Klub holds 70% of the company on behalf of its membership.

Direct Investment Contributions

Klub members who choose to make Direct Investment Contributions (DIC) own the remaining shares.

Value that stays local

Profits from land sales and development go back to the Ugandan investors who own the company.

What we do

Land trading: surveyed, titled residential and commercial plots.
Real estate development: planned estates with roads, power and water.
Property management: we keep looking after the estate after you buy.
